Final Rulemaking Order Filed and Submitted to be Published for DATCP 10, 12 and 17

The Wisconsin Department of Ag, Trade and Consumer Protection released the Final Rulemaking Order for CR07-107 on Friday October 3rd, 2008.

These Rules related to current animal health (including Fish and VHS under ATCP 10) addressing requirements for farm-raised deer health testing, registration and fee structure, record keeping movement and technical changes.
The rules were reported to the standing committees for the 30 day legislative review period on 09 02 2008. No action was taken by the standing committees.

The following links also contain the the filing for the final rule and the submission for publication of the actual final rule.
The rule will not be effective until it is published in the WI Administrative Register. It is scheduled to be published in the Nov. 28 edition, which would make it effective on Dec 1, 2008.
