  Natural Waterbody Permit Renewals

The Department of Natural Resources has announced the renewal of the Natural Waterbody Permits due in 2010 which will be done in two time periods. Natural Waterbody permits were effective for 10 years after the date it was issued. Fisheries Management has chosen to adjust our Natural Waterbody Permits around two calendar dates (June 30 and December 31), rather than a specific original issue date. So, for permits with the initial issue date in April or May 2000, by way of letter we will extend their current permits until June 30, 2010. This means their application deadline will be April 30th, 2010. Natural Waterbody permits issued in June or later of 2000 will expire on December 31, 2010. This means their application deadline will be November 2nd, 2010. Renewal application packets and explanatory letters will be mailed to everyone (2000 issued permit holders) in Feb/March 2010.

The first mailing to 367 permit holders went out on March 1. These people have an application deadline of April 30th, 2010. The attached pdf's represent the contents of the renewal application packet mailing.
