Smoked Trout Cream for Appetizers or Dip


  • 1 lb. cream cheese

  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced

  • 2 tsp. dried dill

  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • dash hot pepper sauce

  • 8 oz smoked trout, shredded

Beat cream cheese and cream in food processor until smooth.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Spread on burrito size tortilla wrap.   Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 6 hours to allow tortilla to soften.  Unwrap and cut into bite-size pieces.

Can also be served on bagels or as is with fresh veggies, bread, or crackers.
